Process
I know.
Beginnings and endings are not easy.
Neither departures nor arrivals.
Ours, nor those of others.
Doors close
and then open again.
One cannot exist without the other.
Where something old ends,
something new begins.
And so I am grateful.
For every new day.
For every new morning.
Do not be afraid.
I promise it will pass.
That it will end soon.
That it will stop hurting.
That the weight will dissolve above the clouds
like mist after the rain.
And I promise that what you are waiting for,
what you secretly dream of,
will come.
To you.
That it will appear unexpectedly.
Like a rainbow.
And suddenly, you rejoice.
Everything has its time.
Beginnings and endings cannot be rushed.
Both teach us patience.
So stay resilient.
Do not give up
when you cannot see the end.
Or the beginning.
It comes.
And then it goes.
I do not have answers.
Only many questions.
It is a process.
Dying and being born.
That feeling when something breaks
and you know
it will never be the same again.
What remains last,
before everything returns to you.
That silence.
Between what was
and what will be.
A space of emptiness
before you breathe again.
Fear of the unknown.
Of new steps.
Of an unmarked path
no one has ever walked before.
Fear of uncertainty
that slowly turns into calm
when you stop fighting.
Relief.
When you let go.
And pain suddenly becomes a space
in which it is possible to be.
Tears
that are no longer sadness,
but proof
that you feel fully.
That you do not run away
from endings or beginnings.
From yourself.
And perhaps
everything that is born
must first fall apart.
And that death is not an end,
but a return home.
A new beginning
and an opportunity for life.
And if you’ve read all the way to the end — thank you.
Maybe you know why.
A memory from long ago.
I’m letting it go into the world.
Maybe it will find exactly the person who needs it right now.✨❤️

We’re all works in progress. Always good to remind ourselves that life is a process. Nothing good comes easy. Growth itself is a process. No flower blooms overnight. It needs both the sun and the rain to open. Thanks, Dora.
